3 Second Pass

What I'm calling the 'second pass' is about about modelling: moving on to subdivisions of the bigger picture; getting rid of some of that fat, the excess wood that the old carvers called 'puddingy', while remembering that everything is related to everything else.

Our little bird is very simple but you'll see these stages regularly developed throughout Woodcarving Workshops in most other projects.
