Now the fun begins!
It's often the case in relief carvings that sorting out the background and outline of the subject can take longer - sometimes, a lot longer - than carving the subject itself. In this lesson we start turning the 'cut out' look of the hares into something more 'real'.
(Apologies for the focussing from about 5:40 to 6:30. We had the camera focussed at the wrong point of the frame. We thought the carving was still worth watching and too good not to include.)
