Howe family sign

Project Owner: Karl Pister
Type of Wood: Basswood
Finish: various. Polyurathane. Leather dye for the colors
Dimensions: 24x15

Description:

I have been carving sporadically for 15 years. Most of my ideas come from reading and observing. This piece was a challenge since the flowers were more three dimensional than other pieces that I have done. The family I did it for loves flowers. He notes that his favorites were zinnias and forget-me-nots.
